These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hawk Ranch website and booking pages ("Service") provided by Hawk Ranch ("Hawk Ranch", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Hawk Ranch is a wedding and event venue and a farm in Murrieta, California. The Service lets you ask about a date, book a tour or a stay, buy a ticket, and manage a visit you already booked.

2. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed when we say it is confirmed. Card payments are taken by Stripe. Hawk Ranch does not store your full card number. Prices and what is included are the ones shown on the page when you book.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us a mobile number and agree on the form, Hawk Ranch may text you inquiry replies, tour and booking confirmations, and reminders. Agreeing is never required to inquire, book, or buy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help.

SMS opt-in information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Giving SMS consent does not authorize advertising matching. Separately, when you independently allow optional advertising matching, we may share hashed email addresses and phone numbers with Meta as described in this policy. Declining that separate permission does not prevent an inquiry or booking. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The details are also in our Privacy Policy.
